OXA decentralised heating and ventilation systems
Climate control for buildings 6 to 30 metres tall — with no ductwork. Heat, cooling and fresh air arrive where people actually work, instead of collecting under the roof.
Why tall buildings stay cold and uneven
Radiators only warm the perimeter
Convective heat reaches roughly 5 m from the wall. The middle of the warehouse or production hall stays cold — while the energy bill has already been paid.
Unit heaters create hot spots and draughts
A direct jet produces local overheating next to the unit and cold, windy zones further out. Comfort suffers, staff complain, and the temperature never settles.
Central systems end up heating the roof
Warm air rises and builds up under the roof deck. You pay to heat the structure rather than the occupied zone — and pay again for the ductwork that delivers it.
The OXA answer: vortex air distribution
The unit is mounted directly above the occupied zone and generates a swirling, long-throw air stream. The vortex punches through the layer of stagnant warm air, carries the air down to floor level and then opens out into an even field — no ductwork, no draughts.

Controls and automation
Wireless control
OXA-V and OXA-V2 terminals with OXA-T2 sensors, with no signal cabling to pull. Up to 1,024 units in a single system.
BMS integration
Modbus RTU / TCP: setpoints, operating status and alarms are passed straight into the building management system.

OXA equipment selection
Send us the basics of your building: floor area, ceiling height, what the space is used for and the energy source available (water, electricity, gas or refrigerant). You will get back the recommended series, the number of units and a suggested layout.
