Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

What makes OXA better than unit heaters?

The vortex diffuser produces an even temperature field over a radius of more than 10 m, with no draughts and no hot spots — while moving 25–30 % less air.

Is ductwork required?

No. The systems are decentralised: each unit is installed directly above the working zone, so no ducts are needed — which saves both installation cost and headroom.

What building heights is the equipment designed for?

From 6 to 30 m. The occupied zone it serves is roughly the first 2 m above the floor.

How many units can be linked into one system?

Up to 1,024 units on a single control terminal, communicating wirelessly and integrating with the BMS.

How loud is it?

Below 60 dB, which is acceptable for warehouses, production halls, sports venues and retail spaces.

What about servicing the filters?

Automatic back-flush cleaning is built in, so routine maintenance comes down to periodic inspection.

Are non-standard versions available?

Yes: alternative coil sizes, builds matched to specific water or refrigerant parameters, special coatings and bespoke equipment — all on request.

OXA equipment selection

Send us the basics of your building: floor area, ceiling height, what the space is used for and the energy source available (water, electricity, gas or refrigerant). You will get back the recommended series, the number of units and a suggested layout.
