Version of 10 August 2026
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how personal data of users of this website (the “Site”) is processed and protected, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data collected through the Site is:

- Telephone: +48 502 121 436
2. What personal data we collect
2.1. Data you provide voluntarily through forms on the Site (the equipment selection form, the contact form, a request for a quotation):
- your name
- telephone number
- email address
- the content of your message, including any details of your building (floor area, height, type of space) that you choose to give us
2.2. Data collected automatically while you use the Site:
- IP address and approximate location (to city level)
- device, browser and operating system type
- pages visited, together with the date, time and duration of the visit
- the source that referred you to the Site
- cookies (see section 5)
2.3. The Site does not collect or process special categories of personal data (racial or ethnic origin, political or religious beliefs, health data and so on).
3. Purposes and legal bases for processing
- Handling enquiries and preparing quotations — on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR);
- Concluding and performing contracts for the supply, installation and servicing of equipment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- Communicating with you about your enquiry by telephone or email;
- Analytics and improvement of the Site — on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest, in anonymised form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- Compliance with legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
By submitting any form on the Site you give freely, specifically and unambiguously your consent to the processing of the personal data it contains for the purposes set out in this Policy.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell your personal data or pass it to third parties for their own marketing. Data may be shared only with:
- technical service providers who keep the Site running (hosting, email services, analytics), to the extent needed to provide those services;
- official partners of the Mycond group, solely to prepare the quotation you requested;
- public authorities, in the cases expressly provided for by law and on a properly issued request.
Where we use services located outside the European Economic Area (web analytics, for example), any transfer takes place under the safeguards required by Chapter V of the GDPR.
5. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. The Site uses:
- Technical (essential) cookies — these keep the Site working correctly; disabling them may break functionality;
- Analytics cookies — these help us understand how visitors use the Site, in anonymised form.
You can restrict or block cookies in your browser settings. There is more detail on the Cookie Policy page.
6. Retention periods
- data from enquiries and forms — up to 3 years from the last communication, or until consent is withdrawn;
- data relating to concluded contracts — for the periods required by law for accounting records;
- analytics data — in anonymised form, with no time limit.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- be informed about the source of your personal data and the purposes of processing;
- receive information about who your data is disclosed to;
- access your personal data and obtain a copy of it;
- receive a response as to whether your data is being processed, within one month of your request;
- object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest;
- request rectification or erasure of your data, and restriction of processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw your consent to processing at any time;
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
To exercise these rights, write to info@aklimapolska.pl with “Personal data” in the subject line. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
8. Data security
The controller applies organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), staff access on a need-to-know basis, and regular updates to the Site’s software.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page with the date of the update shown. We suggest reviewing this page periodically.
