These units hang directly above people and machinery, so the system carries a distinctive technology for monitoring the geometry of the installation with real precision.
Six-axis tilt sensor
- Position analysis. The built-in system continuously tracks the position of the casing in space across six axes.
- Immediate alarm. If a fixing works loose, a threaded rod deforms, or the unit tilts as little as 3° off horizontal, the controls raise an alarm at once.
- Failure prevented, not managed. Micro-movements in the structure are picked up while the problem is still forming, which is what keeps the equipment from ever working free and falling.

Alarms and unit status are passed to the OXA-V / V2 terminal and on to the BMS over Modbus RTU.
