We do more than sell Mycond OXA units — we take on the whole route, from the heat load calculation and the budget through to commissioning and servicing your ductless heating, cooling and ventilation system. We work with contractors, consulting engineers and the owners of warehouses, production halls and sports complexes across Poland and the wider EU.
How we work: four steps

Technical audit and equipment selection
We come to the site, calculate heat losses, air change rates and coverage zones — and show you how few OXA units it takes to replace a central ducted system. You get a specification, a layout drawing and a comparison of the options: water, electric, gas or refrigerant heating.

Design and costing
We prepare the working documentation: unit layout for ceiling heights of 6 to 30 m, pipe routing, electrical work, controls and the wireless control scheme for up to 1,024 units from a single terminal. The budget is transparent and itemised; a typical building takes us three working days to price.

Installation and commissioning
Ductless installation means minimal work on site: fix the unit under the roof or to the wall, connect the water or refrigerant line, the power supply and the controls. Our teams work without stopping production, and set the 0–90° blades and the VAV control to match how the building is actually used.

Service, warranty and staff training
A warranty on both Mycond OXA equipment and the installation work, planned maintenance to schedule, and a spare parts store in Warsaw. We train your engineers to use the control terminal and the fresh air and heat recovery modes.
Start with a free selection
Send us the floor area, the ceiling height and the energy source, and within one working day an engineer will come back with an OXA specification, a layout and an indicative budget.
