Where excess humidity attacks the structure and disrupts the process — swimming pools, car washes, food production, storage with humidity limits — the OXA-DK works as a powerful ceiling-mounted dehumidifier. A high-efficiency cooling coil condenses moisture out of the air, the pan collects and drains it away, and the built-in reheat returns dry air at a comfortable temperature.
